At just 16 years old, Roy Kim discovered his passion for construction not just the work itself, but the meaning behind it. After moving from Atlanta, Georgia to Greenville, South Carolina, he set out to build a company that stood for more than just bricks and beams, a company defined by trust, craftsmanship, and care.
Over the years, that vision has shaped everything we do. Roy’s hands-on approach ensures every project whether a family home, renovation, or major development receives the same attention, precision, and heart.
